After my first phone call with Chip, he came to my rescue by getting me a next day appointment to visit my home and got me a price within an hour of being there. After he answered a bunch of my questions, I gave him the go-ahead to order a brand new Rheem indoor and outdoor system for my home and he got me into his busy schedule to install just a few days later, which is quite impressive due to the current economy of material and labor shortage!
