This is the second time I have used Earnhardt. The first last year for a quick repair to AC. This time furnace failed and after 19 years it was time to replace both. Each member of the team has been professional, nice, explanatory, always on time. They work hard and efficiently. Pricing was much better than I anticipated. Didn't try to upsell me on anything. Have used Earnhardt for many years. Very satisfied with service. Very efficient & timely. Electrician even labled my "electrical box" bc I couldn't read the paper any more. Did not pressure or try to sell anything that was not needed. Very professional in all work they did. Friendly service people! And they painted the cement block where unit was seated! I recommend them highly! The rebates we received were AWESOME!! We have NOT paid a utility bill in TWO MOS.....when we receive the next bill, it will be a PARTIAL bill!!
