I called Earnhardt and within a hour, the technician Josh was at my door. He was very professional and friendly from start to finish. He answered all my questions and explained in detail what was wrong with my heater. He was able to pinpoint the issue and repair my heat in no time. Have used Earnhardt for many years. Very satisfied with service. Very efficient & timely. Electrician even labled my "electrical box" bc I couldn't read the paper any more. Did not pressure or try to sell anything that was not needed. Very professional in all work they did. Friendly service people! And they painted the cement block where unit was seated! I recommend them highly! The rebates we received were AWESOME!! We have NOT paid a utility bill in TWO MOS.....when we receive the next bill, it will be a PARTIAL bill!!
