Ted from Dr. Drain was absolutely fabulous! Friendly & efficient. He was scheduled to be at our house between 2pm and 4pm and arrived right at 2:00. He was in and out in no time & did an absolutely fantastic job! We will always use Ted and Dr. Drain for any plumbing issues from here on. Thanks again Ted!

I have used Dr Drain for many projects and repairs over the last few years. Ryan has always been my serviceman and has always been prompt, professional and courteous. Ted was the serviceman today and he did not disappoint. He was quick to solve the problem and even gave some suggestions to save money. I do not know costs from plumber to plumber, but these guys are efficient and thorough. I’ll call them for any future plumbing needs!

We had a part break in our kitchen faucet just as we were leaving for vacation. We called Dr. Drain on our way to the airport, and they promptly came to our house (our neighbor let them in). The part had to be ordered, so they followed up with us right after we returned and installed it promptly. The plumber Ted, with whom we have worked before, was outstanding. We have used various plumber in the triangle area before discovering Dr. Drain, who is by far the best in the area for customer service, price, and quality of work. We highly recommend them!
