I had a leak at my kitchen sink and contacted Dr. Drain immediately, because I have used their services in the past for other plumbing issues and have always been tremendously pleased. Ted arrived as scheduled and after taking a look at my faucet, advised me that my Delta faucet has a lifetime warranty will send the hose assembly. The amazing part is that Ted did not charge me at all for the service call! I was totally impressed by his service. Ted was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We had a part break in our kitchen faucet just as we were leaving for vacation. We called Dr. Drain on our way to the airport, and they promptly came to our house (our neighbor let them in). The part had to be ordered, so they followed up with us right after we returned and installed it promptly. The plumber Ted, with whom we have worked before, was outstanding. We have used various plumber in the triangle area before discovering Dr. Drain, who is by far the best in the area for customer service, price, and quality of work. We highly recommend them!
