Had a huge scare right before the holidays on the day we were scheduled to leave. Our shower faucet got completely stuck and we were scared there was a water leak occurring somewhere in the house. I reached out to Alexander services around 9 AM and they had guys here fixing the issue within 3 hours! I was amazed by the speed of getting assistance and Hunter (who came to fix the problem) was super friendly and really quick in solving the solution. I also appreciated him explaining what went wrong and how he fixed it. Great service and helpful company, will definitely use them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. Called them for AC repair during an extremely hot period, figuring they'd be too busy to get by for days. Amanda the very pleasant customer service person returned my morning call promptly and set up an appointment with Skyler, the technician, for between 12:30 and noon the same day. He showed up on time and was extremely helpful and explained our unit's performance using a phone app. Did not try to upsell or push unnecessary costly repairs. Would definitely use them again!

HVAC system was making an loud, odd noise when blower was running. Issue was identified as a bad blower motor. We were advised that we could continue using the system while waiting for the repair.
