Overall experience was great. The office kept me informed of the technicians arrival time. Geoffrey was great...he listened to what I had to say and did a great job checking everything out and fixing the problem. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for your hvac needs.

Woke up this past Saturday morning to 60 degrees downstairs. Called Alexander and they sent Derrick out to troubleshoot that afternoon. Initially he was not able to find anything wrong but was persistent and found it was one of those periodic issues like when you take your car to the Mechanic. Derrick diagnosed the issue as a faulty Control Board & Gas valve issue. Thankfully they were able to get the parts in before an upcoming weather cold front. Teri & the Front Office staff immediately called me and got Derrick scheduled to come back onsite ASAP to repair since it was warmer outside than inside at the time. Very grateful for the their responsiveness & professionalism which is why I have had a Preferred Membership for many years now. All this despite Derrick being a professed Dallas Cowboys fan.(I'm a Washington Redskins fan) ;-) Services: Repair HVAC, Heating system repair

Be aware, this business charges a large fee ($115) to come a give you a quote. We received an outrageous quote of $2,000 for four outlets and we declined the service. They hounded us for their fee which we refused to pay given their ridiculous price and was turned over to collections. This business is not reputable and should be avoided at all costs.
