Incredibly easy to book. They arrived on time (in fact a little early) and we're very professional and combinated everything very well. The repair worked wonderful and they have offered a maintenance plan with no pressure at all to sign. So far we've very impressed. Donnie is an excellent technician. He came after hours at 9pm when he could have pushed it to the am. He fixed our unit so we could have AC through the night. Donnie was professional and knowledgeable about brands and recommendations for what we will need for our system. We have been customers for over a year and are happy with Ideal.
