Benny was extremely informative on every step in our process of repairs. He informed us the costs of the repairs as well as telling us that we may want to replace unit (it is very past it's prime which we knew from our last maintenance we had done). My AC broke while I was on vacation. Ideal was one of three service providers I narrowed in on based on a comprehensive review of internet reviews. They were able to respond the quickest to my need so I gave them a shot. They had a rep available the day I returned and had the AC installed three days later. Bear in mind this is the middle of July - peak season for AC. Knowledgeable and professionalism speak to my experience. All company reps were very thorough and patient w/ me as I asked questions and discussed various aspects of the process. They were prompt and courteous with their replies and support. I can’t say enough about the team. I called in the AM to tell them that I had an issue with my PTAC and thought I smelled smoke. A tech was there within 2 hours. He confirmed what I thought I knew. The unit had to be replaced and ensured that it was unplugged for safety’s sake. Less than three hours later there was a quote in front of me and a new unit was installed before noon the next day. Highly recommend these folks. Very professional and incredibly sensitive to my needs.
