I called them because I thought something was wrong woth my fuse box outside- after explaining my problem, the gentleman told me to not waste my money and call duke energy because it sounded like my meter was bad and if that wasn’t it to call him back. Turns out that was exactly what the problem was. I really appreciate him being honest and not coming out and charging me money to tell me the same thing. I will definitely save this company’s number incase i ever do need work. They seem like a very honest and trustworthy company.

Ricky came out to look at a bad breaker that I had. When he got here, the breaker decided it wanted to work all of a sudden (go figure). Ricky was great about and explained what could have happened. He told me to call him if it went out again, and did not charge me for the trip out to my house. Ricky could not have been any nicer, and I enjoyed talking with him. I had a dishwasher issue. Ricky come and found my system has a switch and all I needed was to turn it on. He did not charge me because it was an easy fix. Thank you for your help. He is a very nice person he explained to me the issue.
