My wife and I have had Crescent Heating and Air taking care of our heat pumps before it became a company. Irby (the owner) is the most knowledgeable HVAC person that I have ever met, and I have had the displeasure of having to use others when Crescent wasn’t available when something went wrong. Never again will we allow anyone but Crescent touch our units. In fact, we just had two new units installed (one downstairs and one upstairs) and for each unit it took them about 4 hours to install, inspect and clean up. Irby also has unmatched integrity. He will not try you sell a unit if one is not needed and believe me, there a companies out there that would rather install a new unit than fix something that won’t pull in $$$$. Not Irby, he’ll fix it if he can. You will not go wrong with this company…I promise. I wish more people were like Irby and his crew.

What a great experience. My air conditioning went out and he was able to be at my house within a few hours of calling him during a very hot week. Very quick service & fairly priced. Will use again if needed!
