He gave us a complete, itemized quote based on our home inspection report. He readily and fairly added and changed items based on our needs and requests and gave us a new quote. He gave excellent advice on making sure our home was in top shape for listing, and stands behind all of his work and advice. He and his crew we very industrious, professional and courteous. His wife, Dawn, did an excellent job supporting him and making sure communication was solid. David maintains a great support network of related tradesmen that helped him ensure all repairs were correct and to code.
