House Boy is the worset handyman company I used EVER!!! The experience was totally a NIGHTMARE in every way!!! It was extremely surprised that I just got the completely opposite experience as the 5-star reveiews telling here???!!! I recently relocated to Huntersville area and my realtor gave me a couple of handman companies in the area for reference. I googled House Boy and was fooled by the nice comments. I hired House Boy to change my carpet, install 6 new fans,and fixe the laundry room wall. There was NO invoice at all before they started each job. All communication was through text messages. I thought it would not be a big deal as long as they provide good service and I have no problem getting the invoice afterwards. HOWEVER, the owner demanded the checks immediately after each job was done (same day), without mentioning anything about the inovice. Honestly, I was very nice regarding paying him without even seeing the invoice. Everytime the owner asked for the check, I drove to my

House and his staff are all GREAT at what they do. They are true to their name and exactly what I need from a handy man service company. I have used them for years to paint multiple rooms, they always do a super job and do it fast and never leave a mess. They fix leaks in ceilings so you can never tell it was ever there, they program garage door openers, fix broken garbage disposals, move furniture, install ceiling fans, fix broken toilets, etc. all with a polite attitude, always timely, and they are the type of people you WANT to do business with. House never made me feel like a job was too small either, even if it was. I recommend if you want efficiency at a competitive price and the job done right, call HOUSE BOY.

Absolutely great work. HouseBoy completely handled some areas of dry rot including a very fine repair on an obvious location on the front of my home. Also doctored up a DIY ceiling finish, installed stair rails - both on a side wall and a ballustrade, and did a thorough power wash. The wash was a last minute request to add onto the work and Dave & his crew were able to make it happen. The guys were neat, knew their business & got down to it, and were comfortable to have in my home. All in all: the best possible contractor experience. Thanks, HouseBoy!
