House Boy is the worset handyman company I used EVER!!! The experience was totally a NIGHTMARE in every way!!! It was extremely surprised that I just got the completely opposite experience as the 5-star reveiews telling here???!!! I recently relocated to Huntersville area and my realtor gave me a couple of handman companies in the area for reference. I googled House Boy and was fooled by the nice comments. I hired House Boy to change my carpet, install 6 new fans,and fixe the laundry room wall. There was NO invoice at all before they started each job. All communication was through text messages. I thought it would not be a big deal as long as they provide good service and I have no problem getting the invoice afterwards. HOWEVER, the owner demanded the checks immediately after each job was done (same day), without mentioning anything about the inovice. I would definitely recommend HouseBoy. They did an excellent job at staining my deck and their price was unbeatable. I had 3 other contractors come out to give an estimate to repair and stain the deck. David told me what I needed and what I did not need in order to hit my budget. The crew was very courteous and professional - they cleaned up everything at the end and really went above and beyond on the project. Give these guys a call!
