Ramiro did a great job fixing our exhaust fan in our guest bathroom. He was on-time, professional and answered all of my questions. The tech (Andrew) was very impressive. Clearly knew what he was doing, quickly identified the issues in my system and was very good at explaining what he had done and found and why the things he identified as issues matered. I was very confident in his diagnosis as a result. Both parts required for my system were on his truck and were replaced in the same visit. Andrew also pursued manufacturere warranty options on both parts saving mew a few hundred dollars. I've taken out a service contract with Helms as result of this service call.
