From point of sale to finished product Helms was communicative and very professional. We had our whole HVAC system and duct work all replaced. We had several bids and initially went with Bryan’s Heating & Air because he was the “cheapest”. Well you get what you pay for and we had a very upsetting and unprofessional experience. I was so relieved when Helms took over the job. The Helms team was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Greg called prior to arrival and was on time. Very friendly, pleasant to have him in my home as a technician. I would be comfortable leaving him in my house alone knowing that he would do a great job with or without me being home. We use Helms for both our business AND our home, and they have always been great. But last night, they were EPIC!!!!! WOW! Our upstairs AC thermostat wouldn't accept commands, and we simply called asking them to help us with the unlocking or programming. But they knew just by our describing the issue it was something else. So, at 9 PM no less, their tech came, quickly fixed the issue (a blown circuit board) and had us good to go in an hour AND at a shockingly reasonable fee.
