From point of sale to finished product Helms was communicative and very professional. We had our whole HVAC system and duct work all replaced. We had several bids and initially went with Bryan’s Heating & Air because he was the “cheapest”. Well you get what you pay for and we had a very upsetting and unprofessional experience. I was so relieved when Helms took over the job. The Helms team was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I called this morning suspecting a possible leak/clog with my AC system. Shelly was able to send someone over in a few hours. Michael arrived on time and spotted the clogged condensation pipe outside immediately, which he easily fixed. He checked the entire AC system to make sure everything was working fine.
