Replaced failed capacitor on AC unit and throughly cleaned filters. Irene was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable going about finding the root cause of failure. Parks Heating Cooling are amazing to work with. They are very professional and responsive to customer needs. The technician, Manor, who visits my home for routine checks or repairs is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a scheduled service call for a Friday at 10am. The tech was supposed to call 30 mins ahead. 11am rolled around and we had heard nothing. I called Parks and they said he was stuck at his first job. Ok, no problem (I’m a service tech as well, I know how it is). So I asked for them to reach out to the tech and give me an eta. The person on the phone said they had no way of getting in touch with the tech and that he would call ahead once he finished the first job. I thought this was a bit strange as I call customers all the time to give an eta, but I let it go. Then 4pm comes and goes. No tech. My wife called and Parks said that the tech had a family emergency and that they (Parks) scheduled us for another call the following week without checking with us first. While I’m understanding of the tech not showing up due to an emergency, what is poor business is having a customer wait around all day with no regard or concern for the customers needs. They never reached out to us. Nothing. S
