I’ve had a service contract with Down East for three years. They have always responded quickly to any issues I have had with my unit. Their employees are polite , knowledgeable and efficient. (They’re also patient and willing to educate me on the intricacies of programming the thermostat). They’ve honored the warranties on parts they have replaced. Their office keeps me informed of when the technician is arriving at my home. (You don’t spend the day hoping they’ll “show up” as you do with many places.) There seems to be little turn over in employees which enhances their service. It is nice to have technicians who take pride in their work, notice little things that need attention and already know the quirks in my system because they’ve been here before. A special thanks to Cody who crawls around in my cramped attic, battles the overgrown yard and deals with my dogs and me as he does his job! My go to for all my HVAC needs. They always give a fair competitive price. I advised my property manager to only use them for servicing my rental properties. If I have a question about the bill they have no problem explaining it and don't make you feel bad for asking. The ones I have dealt with all are very eager to work and will tell you exactly what they are doing and why.

Mathias was a very professional tech. He was transparent about the issues with the units at home.
