The owner of this business is Michael Cox and he is extremely professional. He answers your call in a timely manner. He was over to my house the same day I called him and let him know that my AC was not running. Along with a lot of his funny jokes, he fixed our AC system that day. Michael was prompt and professional. He arrived within a couple hours of my call. Unfortunately, Michael did not repair my 23 year old A/C system as it needed to be replaced.
