Right off the bat, John returned my call, provided a professional estimate, met me in person, and finalized the deal. I had a couple of leaks that I tried to take care of myself before contacting ANY roof installers. Safe to say my attempt was unsuccessful! I wanted at least four estimates and did some research on the average cost to replace my roof. Contacted three other roofing companies beside Hammertime! Hammertime was the first to respond! That's one plus for them! The other three did not respond AT ALL! On reaching out to all 4 companies I asked to be contacted first by email. Hammertime did just that! John followed that up with a phone call and we set a date/time for him to come out. On that visit we made the deal and set a tentative day to start the job. The team came out, got the job started and finished in a day!! Yeah! The installers were very professional, cleaned up everything and my new roof looks great! Thanks John and Hammertime!
