I contacted Magellan Plumbing about a leaking faucet on 5/26/23. My appointment was set between 11am - 1pm that same day but to my surprise they called in stated they can come early. They came in to observe the problem and gave me details on what needed to be done. Magellan team fixed the leaking faucet within no time. Since they were already in town, they didn't charge a service charge for coming to estimate the cost of the job. Then when we got the money together for the job, they came back out the very morning I called. I won't be using anyone else. These young men were professional and didn't leave a mess (I've known plumbers who do) which speaks to their work ethic. They're also great to call if you don't care to see plumbers crack! Unfortunately for me, I’ve needed this company multiple times in the past months. Every time they’ve come out quickly and been nothing but professional. On one of my larger jobs they even recommend someone to help on items they couldn’t. (The company they recommended was also amazing!)
