Sutton Brothers Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

We have only been using Sutton Brothers since April of this year (2023), but they have been very professional and kind. Our A/C unit broke in July and the company sent a technician, Daniel, out on a Saturday. He was amazing and came 3x that day, even though it was his birthday. He ended up coming back a couple of days later; he worked tirelessly and with a great attitude. In the end, we needed a new A/C unit and Ian was very helpful in finding one for a good price and with a tax rebate. The company provided us with a mini window unit to help us keep cool until our new unit was installed. And they were able to allow us to pay for our new unit over 25 months, interest-free. I had Chris come out for plumbing, and Daniel come out for HVAC. Both were out within the same window & same day as i called explaining the help i needed. Both were extremely through in explaining issues, options for solutions, and genuinely seemed to care about helping. I will absolutely be using Sutton brothers in the future. Great team all the way from Lisa & Melissa in the office, to the guys that were on site. Pricing was very fair for the work done. Thank you!

Terrible mom and pop business. The owners have terrible managers in place. Aren’t knowledgeable about the work they perform. Over charge customers charge cards at any time they choose to only refund if you catch it and call about it. Their HR is a complete joke, the ethics are horrible and they are prejudice except against their Latino workers. It’s also a terrible place to work. They show too much favoritism and spend too much money on unnecessary items, events and employees. If you want better service go to their competitors. Many other professional plumbing and hvac companies in the triad. P.S. I hear that’s accounting department is doing fantastic. Good job over working your team per usual ???????? good luck!
