Installed a new Heat Pump and gas furnace. The price was clearly and quickly communicated to me. Work was scheduled and the crew showed up on time. The work was completed in a professional manner. The guys where all friendly and explained any questions. They laid down throws to protect the floors and cleaned up the work area before leaving. The equipment was operational and test. The equipment looks great and is quite during operation. It also should be noted that the office people I worked with were friendly and helpful. A great purchase experience. Brannon was very knowledgeable and efficient in the service call. I was very upset with the bill. What did I get for my 89, service call? $254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it. Do you not even offer a "senior discount"? This is probably the I will have used Sutton for my service work.

I had Chris come out for plumbing, and Daniel come out for HVAC. Both were out within the same window & same day as i called explaining the help i needed. Both were extremely through in explaining issues, options for solutions, and genuinely seemed to care about helping. I will absolutely be using Sutton brothers in the future. Great team all the way from Lisa & Melissa in the office, to the guys that were on site. Pricing was very fair for the work done. Thank you!
