Plumbers (?) arrived without tools later than the 2 hour window quoted . To reach shower pipes they would cut a hole in the adjoining bedroom wall 12 feet from the shower, Single-handled kitchen faucet had a drip. They didn't consider replacing a washer. I had a replacement faucet. They said they could install it for $260. They were mostly interested in checking out bedrooms. I did not feel comfortable with them in the house and asked them to leave. I would recommend not using Websters.
Did not have an appointment scheduled to repair our leaking kitchen faucet, but Tammy was able to fit us into the schedule the same day I called. Chris was very professional. He ran to Lowe’s and picked up a new faucet to match our specs and installed it, all within an hour or so. After this experience, I will definitely call Webster & Sons for all our plumbing needs.
Job well done! Installed Pex. Chris, Eric and Bowen were all professional workers, knowledgeable, skilled and experienced. We were thrilled at the finished job. I believe we were quoted fairly on this job, and am impressed they still had our quote of 2 years ago on file. I would not hesitate calling them for future needs.
