Can’t say enough about Webster & Sons. We woke up today with no water pressure. The first plumber we called said he could come in two days. Webster sent their superintendent in 30 min and he diagnosed the problem. He had his men there for the repair in 1.5 hours. All employees we spoke with were upbeat, friendly and professional.
Dawson and Aaron had very good communication and made sure what the issue was before taking any drastic measures. Did a great job locating the source or my leak and addressed it fairly quickly - very reasonable and would highly recommend them. I will be using their services for any future plumbing needs. We hired them for a bathroom remodel. Took far longer than initially quoted with an extreme amount of excuse making. When one of their workers was installing our sink, they were watching a video on youtube..... on how to install a sink... We eventually just had them stop and leave the work unfinished because we just wanted them out of here. I don't recommend, the young man we dealt with was shifty, always had an answer for everything but could never deliver.
