We appreciate how professional they were. Like, they called back instead of texting. Unlike another place we tried. Also their pricing is a little less than some others. They were great listeners too. Our main line was clogged under the house. So they had to auger through our laundry clean-out pipe. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend Golden Rule Plumbing to anyone else in need. ☺️❤️

I submitted a service request on their website for a leaking toilet and to look at my kitchen sink that occasionally doesn't drain. Their communication and responsiveness were great. I was given a quick estimate range based on what I keyed in the request box, knowing that it could change once they arrived and saw the issues. Great guys here! Talked over phone (and they even offer text message for us millennials), and made an appointment with me by next morning to have both of my outdoor faucets replaced with 2 shut off valves.
