I have used Quality Comfort since I moved into my home seven years ago. They are scheduled twice a year for maintenance. The employees are always professional and friendly. Following their instllation of our current unit, I have relied for years, on Quality Comfort for excellent service and maintenance of my HVAC. Recently, I called because my heat unit was not working. Everado, checked the unit out, and corrected the problem in a timely manner. HE was punctual, courteous, professional, and kept me lnformed. He alerted me that my generator power panel was not passing power to my heat unit....and that I should contact my generator service provider to have that resolved.
