Quality Comfort is honestly the best HVAC company we have ever worked with. They sent two very skilled and professional technicians to my house and they were able to quickly diagnose and resolve our problems. This was after another HVAC company came out 3 different times and couldn’t find the problem. Quality Comfort will always be my first call from now on.

We have a service plan through Quality Comfort. We called on 9/22 to schedule our preventative maintenance and they were here on 9/23! The lady that answered the phone and scheduled our maintenance appointment is always so friendly. Everado was our service technician. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He discovered an issue with our system and explained it to me in detail. He let me know how much the repair would be and fixed it same day! I can not say enough good things about this company! I used to think highly of this company. That has forever changed. I purchased a new HVAC system with sensors back in Nov 2021. They replaced the thermostat in Aug 2022 and as of Sept 2022 the system has not functioned properly. I have made more service calls to this company to fix than I can count and almost 6 months later the issue was not resolved by them. I will never recommend this company to anyone and have had to pay others to come and fix there mistake. Services: Heating system maintenance, A/C system maintenance, Installation, A/C system repair
