Weather Master Heating & Air Conditioning

The technician was on the phone the whole time and no paying attention to what he was doing. He installed an used part in our AC unit and charged us as it was new. He was dragging his feet, complaining that he hated his job and doing his job lazily. We paid three hundred dollars for nothing because we had to call a different company to do the job Weather Master did not do. Service: A/C system maintenance

Brian was very professional. He is very very knowledgeable about what he told me. He explained everything in detail. He was very friendly and I was very comfortable with him. I requested that he comes back for my next maintenance. This man knows his stuff. Brian is a jewel and Weather Master should be proud to have him on staff. By the way. Superior. I had an odd noise coming from AC unit, they arrived quickly and fixed it. Brian the tech was very efficient, polite, in and out in less than 30 min.
