Murphys plumbing came to my business the next morning after receiving my call found the best solution to my request and did the work professional, he was at my business for about four hours making sure the work was done right rather than doing a sloppy job just to get to the next call as so many service companies due now to make a quick dollar. I will use him again and would recommend anyone to try him if needed, also the job came in under his estimate.

So I told Bill I would write this review over 2 years ago and just remembered when I found the receipt from the hot water heater he put in on 11/25/14. He even got a 40 gallon instead of a 30 gallon heater and didn't charge extra because it didn't cost him extra and unclogged my shower drain for no extra charge! Honesty is king and everything Bill did was very professional and courteous. Everything still works great thank you again Bill.

What great service! My hot water heater died today around 1pm and I called many of the big name (corporate) plumbing companies like ars and mr. rooter and couldn't get anyone out until the following afternoon or later. I decided to call Murphy plumbing on a whim after searching google and ended up getting chris out within an hour and the tank replaced the same day. As a father of two small kids I can't begin to Express my gratitude for the quick response. Thank you!
