My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Robert and his team! Robert immediately impressed us with his detailed project proposal -- we had never seen one so detailed! I trusted his knowledge and expertise because he spent a great deal of time answering all of my questions during the initial consultation. I could tell he knew what he was doing, and he took great care to take into account the age of our house, the square footage, the number of windows, etc. in order to give us the best and most effective HVAC system. With any unforeseen issues along the way, Robert explained them patiently, and even took on a cost of something himself that was not a planned expense! I feel confident that we have the perfect system for our house. Robert and his team were prompt, thoughtful, and efficient. You will be glad you chose them!

I cannot say enough great things about this company!! They contacted me immediately and gave me the first available appointment. The repair was quick and they didn’t overcharge me. I will be using them forever. Edit: I just called them again for another request. They came out quickly, did not overcharge me, did a thorough check of the whole system and even came back the next day when I called with a question. They are the best!!!

The A/C Medic group was outstanding in every way. We were told exactly what was going to happen and when it was going to happen. That is when it happened. The crews were very hard working. The office folk were also great. They were kind enough to move up the job up because of some bad weather that was coming our way. Robert and his men were very professional and they made a tough job look easy. They are a very good company to do business with. If we need them I am sure they will be on the spot to help. I recommend this company very highly to anyone and everyone. They do great business. Did I forget to mention that they cleaned up the whole place before they left! This is one OUTSTANDING BUSINESS.
