They have the best service period. Brain is not only friendly he is an expert and I depended on his expertise because I don’t know much when it comes to HVAC and he made it is easy for me and chose the best one that fits right for the size of my home for me. He treated me like a family member and I appreciate that. Thank you
The technicians were fine; however, I was presented with a bill for $265 for a battery they installed. I took a photo of the battery and looked it up online. One company was charging $3 and another $5. After that experience I cannot trust this company and will not be using them again. Service: A/C system maintenance
Isaiah was the first technician who came out and told us our system would need replacing. He was able to find a repair part for our other unit to delay time in replace it also. He was knowledgeable and explained our issues in a way with both understood and trusted. It only took a couple days and we had our new unit installed. Very happy to have found Healthy Home heating and air!
