When our A/C went out, it was already 20 years old, and many of the parts for repair were no longer available, and my usual A/C repair company stopped working weekends. Unfortunately, this meant a new HVAC unit was needed, as well as a new company. I highly recommend asking for Edwin if you go here. He offered us amazing service, and pushed to move our unit up for quicker delivery. He was very careful to avoid any damage to the house and surrounding yard as he removed the old unit and installed the new. Additionally, my nephew's A/C next door went out during this time. Edwin was able to squeeze in the time to replace his blown condenser fan motor and just have all of it billed to me. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the price. They are definitely more expensive than my usual repairman. However, while I can not speak to every employee they have, I do know that Edwin does his best to give you the value back in the quality of service he provides and his constant positive

Brian l, the owner is great. Our ac stopped working and it was end of the day and end of the week. He was able to send out a technician right away. He also knew we did not have air in thr heat of summer and have two babies, so he sent out a portable ac unit. Tim showed up within the hour. He checked multiple issues in case the ac could be fixed, set up the portable ac, and went out of his way to get us quotes that night, despite it being past 9pm on his day off. They were able to get us ait in the house temporarily and gave us the quickest turn around for a new unit installation at a good price. We were so impressed with the service - our air went out and we called Peace. Bryan was immediately helpful and we were immediately at peace...no pun on word's intended, but so true! He sent Alex out to assist. Alex was great! He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient! They were here within 45 minutes and we had air again in less than an hour! Thank you Bryan and Alex!!
