They are easy to get ahold of at any time. They removed a chimney and sealed pipes in addition to reroofing a shed for us. Unmatched service. Race City installed a new roof on our home in April 2021. Done in a day and went over and above to make our roof incredible. In Oct 2021 we had a tree limb fall on our roof, creating a 5” hole. I called after hours and actually got a call back. Their repair crew came out at 9:30 the next morning. I could not even see where the repair was. After they left I received notification that since I had purchased the roof from them, the repair was at no charge.
