Race City Roofing

When our siding company installed our Hardie Board, they put nails in the roof, and when they removed them, they forgot to fill them in. We started getting leaks in my son's bedroom so we called Race City Roofing. They came right away, filled in the holes, and didn't even charge us! Considering this was a siding company error and Race City Roofing fixed it for them/us, I think that was extremely generous and I will DEFINITELY use them when we need a new roof, which will be in a few years. Identified the issue with a leak in our sun room and got it fixed ASAP without trying to push a new roof on us! We got a quote from another company before them who claimed our entire roof would need to be replaced, and it turned out our leak wasn’t even due to the roof but due to our siding where it met the roof. Unmatched service. Race City installed a new roof on our home in April 2021. Done in a day and went over and above to make our roof incredible. In Oct 2021 we had a tree limb fall on our roof, creating a 5” hole. I called after hours and actually got a call back. Their repair crew came out at 9:30 the next morning. I could not even see where the repair was. After they left I received notification that since I had purchased the roof from them, the repair was at no charge.
