They are professional, courteous, organized and WHAT THEY PROMISE IS WHAT THEY DELIVER! They worked with my insurance company to make the entire process of replacing my roof for hail damage absolutely painless. From the business side to the work crew, they went above and beyond my expectations every time. You can't get better than PRS, before and after the job! I recommend them 100% of the time!!! %

My experience with Performance Roofing Systems was professional and the work was timely done. Owner/Representative was knowledgeable about various tile qualities to assure me and my wife that we were replacing our roof with a similar quality product. He patiently worked with us to select an appropriate tile and color for our roof. I was also extremely impressed with the work crew; they worked from 7:00am until night and made every effort to clean up all debris. i was very impressed with the whole experience from start to finish.

My experience with Performance Roofing Systems was definitely not good. With the way things were handled at my house I'm surprised they are still in business. I would not recommend Performance Roofing Systems to my worst enemy. A few of the large issues/concerns that I had with them are: Their communication skills need a lot of work, they would leave me hanging and waiting, wondering when are they going to call or even come to the house. The work was done very quickly leaving me wondering if it is it a good job? I dont know. There was no one to ask questions to, no one spoke English. The workers were so rude that when I asked questions they looked at me very confused and simply turned and walked away without attempting to understand my concern. I experienced very sloppy behavior in their work performance; THROWING boxes of shingles on the roof from shoulder height with no regard to the damage they cause inside and not properly cleaning up.
