I first met Phillip 2 years ago when I moved to the Mooresville area. I needed work done around the house and I was concerned about how much life my roof had left as it looked old. When nobody else was returning phone calls, a neighbor had highly recommended him to me. Phillip and his crew did great work around the house and I appreciated his honesty discussing my roof. Fast forward 2 years. They just replaced my roof and did an incredible job. They were fast, clean and the price was fair. I would recommend using Phillip for any projects for your home. I just had Philco perform some maintenance/repairs to my metal roof. I am impressed with this company. I called their office number and a very helpful and pleasant young lady actually answered the phone! We set up an approximate day/time for one of their roofing technicians to stop by to evaluate the job and gather info for an estimate. Within a few days of my initial call my roof was expertly repaired at a price I was pleased to pay. I am glad to have found this company at the recommendation of a friend. I now have a roof “guy”! Everyone knows how important it is to find companies that do good work and are professional and I have found my “roofing guys”! Thank you Philco.

Had Phil from Philco come out to give me a quote about a new roof. Was professional, and thorough about the repairs needed and made recommendations and offered options. I felt like I got an honest assessment of the work that needed to be done, and wasn't being oversold. The price he gave me was competitive to other quotes I had received and he encouraged me to compare. As a matter of fact, while he was there, a competing roofer showed up for a scheduled quote. He saw Philco was there, made a rude comment and drove off. I guess they realized they couldn't beat Philco quality and price. I'd definitely use Philco.
