We had a busted drain pipe that was leaking thru the foundation into our finished basement. Could not run water without using the shop vac to catch the water as it drained into the house. The first time they came out, the camera didn't pick up how decrepit the pipe was, but Chris followed up and took another look. These gentlemen pulled a 12-hour shift to replace our pipes and waterline to get it done the same day. Courteous, knowledgeable, hard working and fair priced!
The Plumbing Company of the Carolinas came out multiple times to fix a tricky leak that was causing water to drip down into my living room ceiling. Each correspondence with the various members of the company was courteous and timely. I will gladly use them again in the future. Chris, Huntersville

Sure there is a no mask mandate but companies have to be sensitive to customers requests especially health wise and life threatening. Yes it’s hard to wear a mask but not for the couple of hours you were in my home. High disregard for the customer in their own home. I was
