Ultimate Plumbing & HVAC

This company was the third Plumbing contractor I called. The first two set a date and time that they would come to the house but neither one showed up or called me. I called Ultimate Plumbing late in the afternoon and they said they would send somebody the next day unless I needed emergency repairs, then they would send someone that day. I was somewhat leary after my first two experiences, but the next morning Mary from the office called to let me know that Brandon would arrive in 15 minutes-right on time as promised. Brandon was respectful and courteous. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and provided me with an estimate. Brandon completed all the work in a timely and efficient manner. He gave me updates as the work was progressing. He even hauled away all the old pipes that were replaced. What a pleasure to do business with a company that actually does what they say they will do. They earned my trust and I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any future needs

After a power surge both of my AC units stopped working. A tech was out 3 times to fix the upstairs unit, they replaced a capacitor, an electric board, and it still didn't work. Finally found out it was the actual thermostat was blown, and still was charged for the other parts (not sure if they were actually blown). Tech said I needed to replace the capacitor, board, and my blower motor was blown, and back ordered for my main floor unit. I had a bad feeling about this company, so after 2 weeks I ended up calling a different HVAC company. New company came out and got me working within an hour. None of the parts that Ultimate Plumbing & HVAC said were blown were actually blown. I'm pretty sure I was overcharged on the upstairs unit, and was definitely going to be charged for parts I didn't need for the down stairs.

I would like to highly recommend Ultimate Plumbing and HVAC to anyone needing plumbing work, drains clogged, faucets reset or shower hardware installation. First, Mary answered my call and really listened to what was wrong, what I described and my concerns. She offered me several appointment options and I took something within the week. I advised her that I happened to be working from home in case anything opened up. Before I knew it, Mary had rearranged other appointments and a technician was on his way! John arrived promptly and was knowledgeable, kind and helpful in his explanations about my plumbing issues and how absolutely he can fix them! He needed to run to a warehouse for a few things, returned and completed all of the work I needed done. I felt like a VIP customer and I also learned a few things. I appreciate the fair price and quality service and products! thank you!
