Where do I start? :) As I was searching FB around 10pm for a water leak I came across Full Spectrum. I reached out to Jarrod through messenger about 11pm thinkning he would reply back the next morning. To my surprise he instantly messaged back ( idk why but at first made me think scam) but it was not...he was at our house a couple days later to look at the leak...next i contacted my insurance company... after thousands of questions from me to Jarrod...after waiting for insurance... and a month later I have a brand new roof! I only had to pay my dedutible which saved me thousands of dollars. The workers came at 6:30 and work was done once I got home from work. I would recommend this company ANY DAY! A huge thank you to Jarrod and his crew. The guys done a great job replacing the roof due to storm damage on mother's home. She has had several comments about how good her roof looks. They were there bright and early on the day they said they would be there and stayed till the job was done. The guys also did a great job in cleaning up as well. Jarrod also referred us to a public adjuster named Chris. He is representing mother and taking care of all the details in submitting the insurance claim and dealing with the insurance company making such the claim is paid in full to the roofing company. We are pleased with the services Chris has provided. He takes the headache off the policyholder in dealing with the insurance company. Thanks to you all for a job well done. Highly recommended. Jared is super friendly. Very professional. His crew came to work and they were very punctual. They did an outstanding job on my home. Not only was the work done at a timely manner, the gentleman who worked on my roof were super professional and very courteous and responsive to our needs.
