I called them at 3 pm Friday. They had a tech at my house by 4:15. He quickly diagnosed my problem but still was very thorough and checked out my entire system. Turns out I had an extremely small (+/- 1/2 ounce per year) leak at the suction inlet. He spent at least an hour trying to get the shraeder valve out so he could replace it. Mfg. defect it wouldnt come out so he capped it off with a brass cap with o-ring. Didnt even charge me for the hour and the cap. He checked again for leaks and found none. It is never cheap when you have your heatpump serviced but they charged me a fair price and he couldnt have gotten here quicker in a Porche. Century installed my system in 2013 and they are the only ones that have touched or will be touching it. They know what they are doing and dont B.S. around.

Called them Friday because my furnace went out completely and a gentleman called me back said they were closed but someone would call me Monday when they reopened. I waited until Tuesday and still no call. I called back and have left 2 more messages and still no call back. Apparently they don't need the work or don't care people are without heat.
