Mark is incredibly responsive and professional. I really appreciated his enthusiasm and flexibility when we were waiting on funds to clear in order to start our roof repair. His team was early, fast, efficient and safe. I work in aerial rope access and their equipment and methods were sound. We used them for roof replacement and gutter installation, and when I had questions about the finished product, Mark was quick to respond and explain the “why” behind their work which made perfect sense and put my mind at ease.
