This company is top notch. We had them install a tankless water heater, had an issue almost a year later. They came out, fixed the issue and didn’t charge us for the call. I became familiar with Cape Fear in July , 2022. I have a 3.5 year old Trane unit that to say the least was a problem child from the time it was installed. 12 visits by four different companies including the installer did not solve my 3.5 year old problem. Enter Rodney Pope of Cape Fear. One diagnostic visit and a next day return with the proper part and my troubles were over in the month of "July". I have since needed further service on the same unit and had the same great experience with Rodney Pope. He is a credit to Cape Fear and to his HVAC industry. Service: Repair HVAC

Heat went out over the weekend so we made a request for service for Monday. They contacted us and gave us and appointment for 10-12am. James arrived by 10 and identified the issue quickly.
