We had a great experience with Kevin B at Cape Fear, following a recent HVAC issue. He had the parts readily available and explained exactly what was needed. We appreciated the up front quote and timely service.
2005 Builder-installed 2nd floor system went out a few years ago. I had so many problems with the same brand on the first floor that I really wanted to have a Trane. The repair Company that I called did not sell Trane brand, so I called Cape Fear. Enter Rodney Pope of Cape Fear. One diagnostic visit and a next day return with the proper part and my troubles were over in the month of "July". I have since needed further service on the same unit and had the same great experience with Rodney Pope. He is a credit to Cape Fear and to his HVAC industry. Service: Repair HVAC
