I became familiar with Cape Fear in July , 2022. I have a 3.5 year old Trane unit that to say the least was a problem child from the time it was installed. 12 visits by four different companies including the installer did not solve my 3.5 year old problem. Enter Rodney Pope of Cape Fear. One diagnostic visit and a next day return with the proper part and my troubles were over in the month of "July". I have since needed further service on the same unit and had the same great experience with Rodney Pope. He is a credit to Cape Fear and to his HVAC industry. Service: Repair HVAC

Cape Fear (and Kevin Blasingim specifically) saved the day today. We woke up to no AC with the temperature rising pretty quick. On top of that we had on and off thunderstorms all day. Kevin arrived during the time they said, set up a canopy by our AC unit, and diagnosed the problem in no time. He took the time to explain the situation professionally and showed that he knew what he was talking about. He had it fixed and up and running very quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s great knowing my kid will be able to sleep comfortably tonight and that we were taken care of. I highly recommend Cape Fear, and thanks again Kevin!

I would definitely recommend this company for both new installs and repairs. We just had some preventative maintenence done on the new unit they installed for us earlier this year. Our technician, Kevin B. Was super professional amd nice and took the time to explain everything and also look at our older unit upstairs.
