We needed repairs to a small portion of our siding. Ace quoted a reasonable fee range based on total time on the job and they were able to get Dana on site within a week. The repair looks great and Dana completed it well under the estimated time, which lowered our final bill. He was also very friendly and professional, and took the time to explain his repairs. Michael did an excellent job communicating. I knew when to expect him, and he kept me updated on what he was doing, things he found, and when he was leaving to get supplies. I had an extensive list of repairs that needed to be done and he completed all the high and medium priorities and most of the low priorities. I started my next to-do list and will schedule them again to come out to complete more repairs. It was so great to have a professional who knows what they are doing and qualified to do the work. The fence looks great and the gate has never worked as easily as it does now. He completed everything on the list, and found ways to save costs, which was appreciated.
