My technician was Jason. He called 30 minutes before he arrived to discuss the problem. He checked in throughout the process to provide updates and recommendations. After the appointment he sent detailed before and after photos & videos. If all the technicians at Michael & Sons are as good as Jason this a top notch company. This is my second time using Michael and Sons and my experience has been exceptional both times.

Had a great experience with Michael & Son Services. They came out to look at leaking water heater . Turned out to be expansion tank and the Tech Josh was great and was able to replace the expansion tank within less than hour. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the water heaters . The price was very fair especially comparing to other companies in my area. Had already planed on replacing water heater in March and with reach back out to them to have them do the work .
