My technician, Travis, spoke to my best interests and provided a wealth of service and price options, explaining each in detail. I’m so excited to have all my outlets and porch lights working again!

Very, very pleased with the service received recently from Michael and Son Company but I was most impressed with Technician, Frank Castaneda. He was the best! Professional, knowledgeable and upon seeing the problem, he immediately and clearly explained what needed to be done. Once he began to do the work there were some other issues that were revealed and he informed me of what was needed, I gave approval for it to be done and he proceeded to take care of the problem. He provided pictures throughout the process which I found to be extremely helpful. Frank Castaneda is an excellent technician and truly an asset to the business.
