Michael & Son replaced the plumbing in my entire home in 2020. I opted for the four year, once yearly inspection, this visit was with the plumber, Danny Rosario. This man sat down and explained everything to me with professionalism, kindness, patience, and accuracy. Actually, drawing me pictures. I did not know a toilet has a relative lifespan.???? and mine were living on borrowed time. He also notated what was originally put in, had come apart under the kitchen sink. He fixed it completely, he checked out the water heater, he was under the house, he was everywhere! He gave me an estimate for the toilets and the installation and ran out the door! He was back in the next morning at 8 AM installing both beautiful, elongated high-rise energy, efficient toilets, removed the old ones then wrapped my water heater, or did something that makes it more efficient . Doing all of this in this in 104° with about 80% humidity. Thank you Michael & Son, it was painless, and actually enjoyable. Mr.

The day we listed our house for sale, we suddenly had outlets that weren’t working! Michael and sons certainly came through with their emergency repair service. Our technician Joseph was extremely prompt and professional, and got us all fixed up for our showings that were happening the next morning! What a great service.

Josh was very professional and explained everything that was being done. He made it easy to understand. He adhered to all of our safety protocols and was very understanding.
