Technician was not professional especially since he said he had 15 years experience. He pried open the AC cabinet and bent it in multiple places (I took pictures). Soneone with that many years experience would know how to correctly open it without damage. He seemed as if he was totalled unprepared for the job having to make multiple trips to the truck to get things. He initial analysis of the problem was to replace a major component of which did not need replacing. Very disappointed in the service I received. I will not call your company again or recommend it to anyone. Service: Repair HVAC
