Big Bear sent out Diego Garzon to inspect my home & barn roofs. He found leaks in the barn so put a tarp up. When I found another leak I called him & he immediately came back to put up an additional tarp since rain was moving in. He came back to meet with the insurance Co roof inspector working side by side. He talked me through the entire process.
