The staff at Big Bear were wonderful! Rudy lifted the burden of working with my insurance by managing every step of the approval process. All I had to pay was my deductible. Josh was great at coordinating the installation around my family's schedule. The installers were on time, efficient, and did a great job including protecting my landscaping. Big Bear sent out Diego Garzon to inspect my home & barn roofs. He found leaks in the barn so put a tarp up. When I found another leak I called him & he immediately came back to put up an additional tarp since rain was moving in. He came back to meet with the insurance Co roof inspector working side by side. He talked me through the entire process. He is a very kind, professional, funny man that has been a tremendous experience to work with. He is a 5+ star employee!! Service: Roof inspection
