My wife and I had an excellent experience with Big Bear Roofing. They were very good communicators, and showed patience in dealing with our insurance company, which was a little slow in making decisions at times. They replaced our old roof in one day. The crew showed up a little after 7 am and worked until after 8 pm to complete the job. My wife and I were appreciative of that because the weather forecast had changed and was calling for rain the next morning. The crew members were pleasant to deal with and did a thorough and professional job. The clean up and follow up were outstanding. I want to particularly single out Jon Robohn, who was our main point of contact with the company, and who was easy and a pleasure to work with. The staff at Big Bear were wonderful! Rudy lifted the burden of working with my insurance by managing every step of the approval process. All I had to pay was my deductible. Josh was great at coordinating the installation around my family's schedule. The installers were on time, efficient, and did a great job including protecting my landscaping.
