Ed is a very honest and knowledgeable person. I have dealt with him on three occasions and couldn't be more pleased. A few years ago, he came in the middle of winter to fix my heater on a Saturday. He had to order a part that didn't arrive until that Monday. Ed came over as soon as the part came in and had my heater fixed by the time I was home from work. About a month ago I called Ed because my parent's heater was not working. He was in the vicinity of their house and went over within an hour of speaking to him. He was able to fix the improper wiring done by the oil company and had their heat working again in no time. My most recent experience with Ed was yesterday. My A/C hadn't been working since last Saturday and although he was booked for the first part of the week, I waited for him because of my past experience with him. GREAT SERVICE PROVIDER!!!! Can't sing his praises loud enough. We've been using Rainbow services for years. He kept our old system running well past it's prime. He has never tried to sell us anything other than the parts we needed to keep running. After we finally replaced that system, we didn't call Ed for several years. but when we did need his help recently, he was there the next day. He is honest, no BS, quick to respond, cares about the quality of his work, and does a great job. Basically, he is going to a great job and his rates are very reasonable.
