Ed has been my go-to-guy for the past 5-6 years. He's amazing at his work and I found him to be the most dependable of anyone I have ever dealt with regarding my home AC and heating concerns. He's a realist and excellent at his work. At times, he will go out of his way to help you. If you need someone who you can trust to service your HVAC system, he truly is that guy!

I have contacted Ed at Rainbow during each of the past two summers to service my leaky A/C unit and I have been very pleased with his work, his cordiality, and his fairness on both occasions. The summer prior to the first time I contacted Ed I used a different service, and while they did a good job as well I found them to be considerably more expensive. Ed is pragmatic about the fact that many people have older units that may leak freon but still function, and that most people can't afford the several thousand dollars it costs to replace a unit. Both times I've had him out to my residence he has worked quickly and has been friendly in explaining what he does and why he charges what he charges. As best as I can tell he seems to be a very honest businessman and that can be hard to find in this industry.

Rainbow Services has been excellent. I have used them several times now. Ed has been great to work with. All my interactions with him have been 100% positive. He is honest, no BS, quick to respond, cares about the quality of his work, and does a great job. Basically, he is going to a great job and his rates are very reasonable. I will definitely use him again and can recommend Rainbow Services without reservation.
