Love these folks! Randy Carter is a good, honest type of guy. Have recommended him to friends who have had no complaints. Neighbor was having HVAC work done and I walked over to see them. The owner of the installer company handed me his card and asked who I was using for my HVAC. Told him Randy Carter and he replyed "Oh...he's a good guy and he'll treat your right. Quit trying to sell me at that point.

Randy has done an excellent job in maintaining a family first business with accountability but still timely and responsive even if it means him coming late or on a weekend.
