Dana Dean Roofing Company

Well I could write a very long review, but I'll just cut to the chase. Do yourself a favor and DO include a quote from Dana Dean. The crew was amazing. The price was very good. The results were amazing. Really -- I had 2 other quotes and hands down I immediately knew this was the company to go with.... I didn't go for a 4th quote after meeting Dana Dean. :-)

I recently had a couple leaks show up in my ceiling, so I called Dana Dean Roofing to schedule someone to come take a look and see if they could determine where the water was coming through the roof. Dana arrived on time and was up on my roof in the blink of an eye. He immediately saw several exposed nails that he believed to be the cause of the leaks, along with some issues with chimney flashing and other minor issues with some shingles near our skylight (near the leak on the interior ceiling). Dana got me an estimate of $375 plus tax within a day and a half. Another estimate I received, from Recovery Roofing, was $1,600 and that guy didn't even climb on my roof (which meant he wasn't even sure of what was causing the leak). Dana's son-in-law came last night and completed the leak repair work in a timely manner. He called twice before arriving to let me know when he would be there. I had my roof completely replaced in March 2017. I asked several contractors to submit estimates and there were a few that I considered. Not one of the other contractors did as thorough of a job assessing my roof as Dana Dean. With this type of project, you simply cannot over-value the importance of experience and know-how. Dana Dean Jr, had insights into what I needed done that no one else even came close to providing. Not only that, but the price was fair. Some bids were more, some were less - but the work that was done was excellent. What is even MORE important is that they stand by their work. After a storm where a branch fell on the roof, they came out and reinspected the roof and gave me a thumbs up. In addition, they resealed the top of the chimney and installed gutter protectors. They stood by that install as well. I was not super happy with the product that was initially installed. They found a product that worked better for my property and replaced them - no addition
