Our fire alarms went off at 5:00 a.m. this morning. Craig, with Horizon Services, just finished replacing them all. At last a silent house! Same day service with a smile! Clean, courteous, and competent. Can’t ask for much more than that.
I had an emergency and I was out of town. Got the same day appointment and repair was done to our satisfaction. Price was a bit more than what we expected but sometimes you need to pay more for emergency service like mine. Overall I am happy.
We would highly recommend Ricky. He was professional, arrived quickly, was patient and explained everything to us, respected the space and put us at ease. And he also fixed the problem. It is a pleasure to receive this sort of service.
