Like many, the recent heat wave exposed to me that my AC unit was not working well. First noticed it on a Saturday after coming home from vacation. The following Sunday morning, I tried calling several places and got weekend answering services, with few callbacks. But Horizon’s online booking was easy and it quickly let me know I had an appointment for that same day. Anthony, our service pro, was friendly, communicative and professional. He did a great job and got the unit back up and cooling down quickly. We were grateful for a relatively quick/easy fix, but I would have trusted them to do more involved work as well! I will use them for future HVAC repairs! Edit: Turns out we did need them for more involved work! The unit did not hold a charge, so I enlisted them to install a new one. They turned the job around quickly, doing the install on a Saturday, having worked with me on sizing, pricing and financing. I purchased an HVAC system from Horizon Services last year. Recently, I had a pesky issue under warranty. The service department put me on the schedule without delay. When technicians Mark & Gavin arrived they went right to work addressing the problem. These men were courteous and professional keeping me well informed on their progress. Their HVAC experience was beneficial in completing the final resolutions. Horizon Services definitely stands behind their work with a group of qualified professionals.
