Parts were under warranty and still charged too much to install. Took advantage of us during high heat day. Will never use again and will recommend anyone else but them. After my review Horizon reached out to me to make things right. I am happy with the outcome
I had an emergency and I was out of town. Got the same day appointment and repair was done to our satisfaction. Price was a bit more than what we expected but sometimes you need to pay more for emergency service like mine. Overall I am happy.
