Legacy Plumbing Company

I discovered Legacy Plumbing a few years ago after being constantly ripped-off by companies that spend lots on money advertising on TV. I have found them to be incredibly professional and very reasonably priced. Over the past 2 weeks, I had a couple of incredible experiences with them that I still cannot believe. Last week, I asked them to replace my 30+ year-old sump pump that was enclosed in a basin in the floor between my washer and dryer. In the 30 year's I've owned the house it has never been serviced. Finally, fate caught up with me and it died. I knew it would be an ordeal to replace and it was. But Mike stuck with it most of the day finding an appropriate replacement, custom fitting a cover, replacing pipes, etc. I was shocked at how reasonable the bill was and I was a very satisfied customer. Earlier this week, fate struck again, and I realized that something was not right with the sump pump or associated parts. I called Legacy again and Mike returned this morning. He spent 3.

It feels a little weird to write a review for a company that didn't actually do any work for me, but hear me out. I called Legacy Plumbing company to get a quote about moving a utility sink in my laundry room. Jamie was very pleasant on the phone and was able to get a plumber out to my house within the hour. Willie was able to find my notoriously difficult to find house, and was so friendly and helpful. He graciously accepted my dog jumping all over him and then gave me advice regarding my sink. In order to use our laundry room more efficiently, he recommended an alternative option that didn't require moving the sink. So while I ultimately did not use their services, I was so impressed with Legacy's promptness, friendliness, and clear concern for their customers (even when it didn't necessarily bring them business). I will DEFINITELY be using them in the future should I need plumbing services!

I have used Legacy several times at my home. Each time I met honest, friendly, and professional individuals! I appreciate a job well done more than I do "cheap". Not once have they tried to sell me something, instead they provide me the facts so I can make an informed decision. How refreshing! Thanks Willie! It was a pleasure to meet you today!
