I contacted NC Water Heaters back in September. I had been planning for sometime to replace my water heater that was located in the attic, a place a 40 gal water heater should not be. First off I surprised that I got a one day response for them to come out and give me an estimate of the work to be done. I wanted a tankless water heater. I met Brandon Johnson the project manager when he came to give me an estimate of the job. I very much impressed with his information right away on how the work could be done and the cost of the project. On the same day I got an estimate I could sign off on and the next day an appointment for the actual work to be done. Loved the quick response that. On installation day, or I should say water heater conversion since I was going from one type of water heater to another type.
