I had an appointment scheduled, and the technician was able to come out a day earlier! When I received the phone call about my appointment, I was so relieved to hear the option of earlier service instead of my original thought of it being cancelled. Damien was professional and efficient. Despite having to work later on a Friday, his demeanor was still pleasant.

Air Experts are awesome from their project manager, Dave and install technician's Alex and his brother. All were professional, responsive and on time. All explained processes and expectations along the way. Install crew left workspace clean and free of debris. I felt confident we were receiving the correct equipment and service for our home. I was extremely pleased from our first phone call setting up our service call to project completion.

My AC suddenly went out on a 93 degree day and I was able to get someone out the same day I called (on a holiday). Anthony H. came out and was absolutely awesome. He was on time, professional, and friendly. He explained what he was doing, answered all my questions, and explained the potential causes of my issue. He checked everything thoroughly.
