Was very happy with their work. Trace did great communicating throughout the whole process and addressing any questions or concerns I had. The crew did good work and did a good job cleaning up after they were done. They facilitated the conversation with my insurance company as well. The whole process was very smooth. If I had one nit it would be that the name of the company seems to imply they do more than roofing, but at the end of the day they are just a roofing company. I had a few other repairs (damaged chimney cap and some wood rot) that I thought they might also do since they are, after all, part of the exterior of my residence and the company's name is Raleigh Residential Exteriors, but alas they were only able to help with the roof.
