Chris Holland was extremely responsive and trustworthy. Would highly recommend for roof work. He was prompt to getting an estimate for my roof. Also he found storm damage and contacted my insurance company to start a claim. After the claim was processed he had a crew working on my roof a week later. After completion of work he personally inspected the roof. He made a minor punch list of things he likes having done if it was his own home. The crew was on-site to complete work 2 days after. Crew was very friendly and cleaned up very well after themselves. Would highly recommend Rodas Construction for a new roof. Chris Holland with Rodas Construction was wonderful! He came in and took a look at all of my damage outside and inside and got to work right away. Within just a few weeks I had an entirely new roof - and it looks amazing! The team was very respectful and professional; cleaning up after themselves each day, communicating what was being done, and getting here exactly when they said they would. We called Rodas Construction on a Wednesday and received a call back within 15 minutes. We had the pleasure of meeting with Chris on Thursday and was able to get a rough estimate on site. Chris noticed hail damage and took multiple pictures of proof, he then was able to submit a claim with my insurance company by the following morning. I was not available to meet the adjuster but Chris was able and walked the roof with my agent that same day. The adjuster verified the damage and by Friday Chris was able to schedule the roof replacement for Monday morning. Chris explained the option to take out a construction loan via Rodas with Medallion bank. I was able to complete the loan agreement in minutes and within hours it was approved with a 10.99% interest rate. Monday arrives and so does the Rodas crew at 7 am they worked fast and where friendly and accommodating. Chris called with regular updates thru out the day and really the entire process.
