Replacing the roof on a 1904 Queen Anne Victorian home is no small feat. From the age, to the complexity of the pitches, and even the replication of the original squared and scalloped shingle design, things were bound to get complicated and I assumed there would be issues that arose in the process. What I didn’t assume is that it would be easy to find a contractor that could handle a project like this and deliver a finished product I’d be this pleased with. Jarod was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. A true gem with excellent customer service. He came and performed his initial inspection promptly, one day after initial contact. His friendly demeanor eased my worry about all the details required. He was patient while I was undecided on the color shingle to use. He had excellent communication with us while waiting for the insurance inspections. Our first insurance inspector was new and honestly scared once he got on our steep roof. Jarod was amazingly calm and coaxed him through getting back down off the roof. Unfortunately that inspector did not provide our insurance adjuster enough photos/evidence to replace the roof. I explained the situation and they sent out another inspector. Jarod was there again, patiently ensuring they took the necessary evidence this time. Roof Dawgs put a roof on my house several years ago after I had damage. Jared did a great job dealing with the insurance company and looking out for my interest. Recently I had an issue with a roof vent he came out right away and made the repair. His price was very reasonable and the service was outstanding.
