I am a young single woman homeowner and got quotes from several companies that made me feel taken advantage of before I stumbled upon Wiser Roofing. Michael came to my house the same day for a roof inspection and found water damage that several other guys had missed. He was professional, personable, and clearly passionate about roofing. He explained the process to me in detail and showed me samples of everything that would go on my roof. He sent me an itemized breakdown of the costs- something that other companies refused to do. He was very transparent and able to answer all of my questions. The day of the installation his team started promptly at 7:00am as promised and the whole process was finished by early afternoon. Wiser roofing went above and beyond expectations. I had a leak on my ceiling I suspected was coming from my 20 year old roof. Michael Torres quickly came over to assess the situation. He confirmed my suspicion, and he walked me through the process on getting a new roof. While he was at my house he greeted my dogs with treats! Lol He gave me a quote and answered all my questions, and trust me I had a lot of them. I’m the type of person who will get 3-4 quotes and ask a lot of questions. He was patient and always answered the phone. He was the guy I trusted the most and I wanted to support a smaller company. Then the day his crew arrived one of my older cars was in the driveway blocking access to my house, and would not start. We had no jumper cables. Needless to say I was a bit embarrassed.
