Dave and his team are fantastic - this is the second time we've used them. We live in a shaded area with lots of trees and our roof had those awful, ugly stripes. After they clean, it's like having a new roof all over again. True to their word, my first cleaning lasted about 4 years (we had it cleaned in 2013 and then again yesterday, though roof needed it a year ago). What we love about Dave is that he sends notes about other potential issues, (e.g., replacing the roof boot, and how to do this) as well as feedback about the condition of your roof. He's prompt, honest, quick to respond and fun to work with. Absolutely recommend!
Excellent results and customer service! Had Dave and his team come out and clean my gutters, and all the debris left on my roof for the past year leaves and caked on pine straw etc. He gave me a more than fair price and was prompt and efficient. Like the other reviewers on here, I also can't say enough positive stuff about Dave and his team. They gave me a fair quote through quick online communications, they came when they said they would, and all they left behind to show that they were there was a clean roof. Dave was great about pointing out things I needed to know about my roof and even did some minor repairs to my gutter that had been collecting a few years' worth of leaves, mud, and two-feet high weeds at no extra charge. Highly recommend. Six months later: roof looks great...but I came back to take a star just because I lost four bushes in the process (from the bleach overwash).
