Certified Roofing and siding specialist

I had my roof replaced in 2017 by this company and have had some recurring issues with their service. During the initial work, workers improperly cut flashing and damaged siding and our screened in porch. Once discovered, Certified begrudgingly paid for the flashing to be fixed. For those reasons, even though I have a warranty on the roof with them, I was apprehensive to call them after some shingles had recently fallen off our roof. Since the repair was potentially costly, I ended up contacting Certified to see how much they would charge and whether it was covered by the warranty. When I called, they said they’d keep me posted on my request, but didn’t schedule anything. Because of upcoming rain, I went ahead and contacted another company to fix the shingles. Much to my surprise, the day after the roof was fixed, I awoke at 7am to a crew from Certified in my closed backyard and already on my roof. I had received no notice. They left our backyard gate open, allowing my dog to escape. L

The crew that did the work did an amazing job and I’m super happy with the results. They didn’t rush to finish the job, but took their time and got it done very efficiently. The crew was very friendly. The owner made sure that the job was done to my satisfaction and overall I am very pleased with the results!

Even with a few hiccups during the project, I could not be happier with the work that the team at CRSS did at my home. I had new fascia boards installed, part of my roof replaced, new gutters installed, all of my old insulation removed, and new insulation installed. The work was done in a timely manner, and any issues that came up during the project were fixed after the work was completed. Josh was SO responsive to work with, and was so accommodating.
