I had Certified Roofing & Siding replace the siding on my house and refurbish my 30 year old deck. They did what they said they were going to do and fixed any problems along the way, They showed up on time, they did quality work, the workers were polite and highly skilled. They cleaned up after themselves and I'm left with what looks like a new house. I highly recommend Certified Roofing and Siding.

We used CRSS to build a screened-in porch on the back of our house. We started with just a concrete slab, so we needed the roof extended out in addition to adding screens. We looked at 3 different contractors and ultimately chose this company not only because their bid was reasonable but also because they were incredibly responsive to our inquiries. Also, this was the only contractor who said we didn’t need a new survey—which we didn’t! We were able to use the one that was done when the house was initially purchased, which saved us almost $1,000! Throughout the project, we worked directly with David, the president, and his office manager Crystal. David stopped by all the time to check on the work, which was very reassuring. After a lengthy permit process (thanks, Raleigh!) the enclosure went up quicker than I expected.
